With the number of ACH entries now over 18 billion payments annually, all staff members need to have an understanding of how the ACH Network functions. This teleseminar will describe the ACH payments process, define the participants, and identify the different types of ACH entries. This is an excellent session for any staff member who needs a fundamental understanding of the ACH Network.
Who should participate: ACH Coordinators, Branch Platform Staff, Call Center Supervisors, Customer Service Supervisors, Member Service Supervisors, Teller Supervisors, and any staff members who have direct contact with account holders.
